definitely. i love that word...

Hello there!
This here, is our home. Well...not the background, but the pictures below.

We've just about completed the painting in our new school room! We decided we would like for our school room to have a touch of earth and remind us of being outside. Because, well...being outside is awesome. So, naturally we needed the sky, grass, a tree, a sun & clouds (which are not yet completed, but hey....we'll get there).Oh, and not to forget, a place to hang two hammocks. Not to mention it needed to have awesome lighting so that we don't feel like we're actually in the basement of our house. (Shhhh, no one needs to know)

We're loving it so far. Well, all except for the technological issues we've encountered from the minute we said, "Time for school!" Oh, and that's why you don't get to see 'those' great pictures yet.

After many years of saying "We would never do that,  ie. homeschool," we decided, we should DEFINITELY homeschool! (yes, that is spelled correctly) See, I've come to the conclusion that sometimes it's easy to develop strong opinions about things in life that make us think we would never do or say or act like that 'so and so' because that's just a foolish thing to do. Surely they don't know what they're doing! But, hmm...many times it really comes down to, "who am I to talk and what on earth do I know?!"  Well, I don't profess to know much, (okay, I do know some things...) but I do know that having an open mind and actually evaluating things that I don't really understand is...ahem, a good thing.

So, here we are. Elle is almost 9 years old, Sam is almost 7 years old and little Glenn Isaac is almost 1 year old. And we parents...well, let's just say we feel like we're still 21, just a lot smarter.

So, if you were looking for our 'why?' we'll post that on another day. It's time to go make dinner.
